How long is delivery?
At Rags & Ruffles, each piece is handmade with care, love and attention to detail. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. However, your satisfaction means everything to us - if you’re not 100% happy with your order, we’re here to make it right.
You’re welcome to:
• Exchange your item for a different size or style (depending on availability).
• Request free alterations so your item fits just the way you want it.
To be eligible:
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition and we must relieve the item back within 2 weeks of recieving.
• Custom measurements or highly personalized items may have limited exchange options.

Do you have any items in stock?
All of our pieces are handmade to order so please allow approximately 2 weeks for your item to be created.
Once your order is complete, it will be shipped via APC Overnight Courier for a flat fee of £5.90. Delivery typically takes 1–2 working days after dispatch.
Please note: While we do our best to stick to timelines, occasional delays can happen — especially during busy periods.
If you need your order by a specific date, just send us an email or drop us a DM. We’ll always do our best to accommodate your request.
How does your sizing work?
You can find sizing details in the dropdown menu beneath each product. While we typically work with standard sizing, your satisfaction with the fit is important to us. To ensure the best fit, we recommend including your measurements in the "Special Requirements" box where applicable. For example: “I’m 5'1", so please adjust the trouser length accordingly.”
